Rent.com.au tracked down the top pet names across Australia and we couldn’t help but share the results. The website analysed data from 30,000 pet owners using their recently launched feature called Pet Resume. If your kids are pressuring you to add a fur baby to the family and you want to know the most popular pet names, then read on.

Interestingly enough, plenty of the most popular pet names are also chart toppers for infants. Jack, Ruby, Charlie, Bella and Oscar all make the top 100 list for most popular baby names.

Many parents of fur babies are also opting for trendsetting choices for their four-legged little ones including Luna, Bear and Diesel, which are all considered rising stars in the baby name game.
