What are the defects?
The toy was tested repeatedly and complies with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age: AS/NZS ISO 8124.1. But if the plastic guide wire is bent repeatedly it may detach and release the beads which are small parts.
What are the hazards?
If small parts are liberated during use this poses a potential choking hazard
