Affected cots have a marking on the base DECEMBER 2013.

What are the defects?

The cot does not comply with the mandatory Australian standard, AS/NZS 2172:2003 Cots for household use—safety and performance requirements.

What are the hazards?

The cot failed to comply with the various design, safety and performance and marking requirements of the mandatory standard. The product poses numerous risks, including an entrapment hazard, to infants using this product.
