Product Recall: Target Bellini Pressure Cooker

The ACCC has recalled the Target Bellini Pressure Cooker, Model BTPRC250.

This is due to concerns that the lid could become loose under pressure, creating a risk of scalds or burns to the user.

The popular product, sold through Target and Target Country stores nationwide, is a multi function cooker ideal for making rice, soups and casseroles.

This follows the ACCC legal action against Thermomix for issues with the TM31 model

What should you do if you have purchased the Bellini Pressure Cooker?

The ACCC advises that you stop using the pressure cooker immediately and return it to a Target or Target Country store as soon as possible for a full refund.

For further information contact the Target Customer Support Centre on 1300 753 567 or visit the ACCC website
