If you’ve followed our Elf on the Shelf competition sponsored by the Olympus E-PL8 you’ll no doubt by now be desperate to know who the lucky winners are!
Well wonder no more, we’re delighted to reveal to you our favourite – and winning – top three entries! If you haven’t seen the twenty shortlisted finalists you can check them all out here – no doubt you’ll laugh, be amazed and totally in awe of the creativity of some of our Mum Central elf fans!
Firstly, what will the lucky winner be receiving? Well they’ll be cheering as they score the hottest camera around, the Olympus E-PL8! Here’s what you need to know about the prize…
The Olympus E-PL8 is as much of a fashion statement as it is a great family camera. It produces DSLR image quality (and is amazing in low light) plus a selfie mode (super cute for shooting yourself with the kids) and it even links with your mobile phone via Wi-Fi for image sharing. It’s got a range of filters if you love to amp up your images, has interchangeable lenses, comes in three cool leather style finishes for a cool retro meets tech look and it’s totally portable being what we’d describe as ‘handbag size’. As a mum this is super important because you want to capture those gorgeous images #allthetime right? But who wants to lug a tonne of gear around with them? Not us!

Our grand winner goes under the Instagram handle of Mrs Park! Olympus loved her entry because they couldn’t believe the skill to get the kitty cat to hold still long enough and take the shot! Well done mum and her furry friend! There’s an awesome new Olympus camera coming your way! Woohoo!

Our first runner up for sheer commitment to Elf magic is Tina Blackhall! We totally admire and respect how much effort goes into festively wallpapering a bathroom in Elf pics! Well done Tina you’ll score a new Elf to add to the collection – imagine what you can do next year with double the trouble!

Second runner up is Jo Harding! A girl after our own heart Jo really knows how to throw a party and the image showed her Elf getting down with his toy robot friends! Complete with a disco ball and mini fairy lights what’s not to love? The Elf doing the splits is just the icing on this fun cake! Jo scores a new Elf to add to the family’s magic next year!
