Each of our projects is designed to fit into your busy life, giving you a chance to discover and share new products that could make a real difference to your family’s daily routine and, best of all, share your thoughts and opinions with our incredible community.
Before diving in, we want to ensure you’re fully on board with what’s involved. Participating in each of our product sampling projects means you’re ready to engage actively and share your honest thoughts. We’re all about transparency and constructive feedback, whether it’s a rave review or constructive criticism. Your insights are invaluable to us and other mums and the brands we partner with.
Plus, it’s super important you’re able to commit to our project timeline and meet each of the deadlines, so please make sure you double-check the dates, and if this doesn’t work for you, it’s important you speak up early.

Mum Central’s Product Sampling Terms and Conditions
- You must be 18 years of age or over and an Australian resident to apply for this sampling campaign. An applicant must be an individual and not a company or organisation.
- Participation in the Review Project is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right not to award the product if the participant fails to meet these terms.
- The trial will commence on receipt of the product and must be completed within the project timelines.
- The entry method is by going to the Mum Central website and using the entry widget to complete the application process.
- Only one application per person is accepted.
- The selection process will commence within 24 hours of the closing date, and the chosen applicants will be notified by the email address they provided on the application form.
- Successful applicants will then have 24 hours to ACCEPT THE INVITATION offered, together with agreeing to the commit to the deliverable requirements of the project which will be laid out at this time. If no response is received within 24 hours, the offer will be withdrawn and another reviewer identified.
- No responsibility will be accepted for emails which are misdirected or end up in the spam folder.
- The product to be sampled will be provided to each reviewer by the sponsor for the purpose of the review process. The participant is bound to these Terms and Conditions to complete the entire review process as deemed by Mum Central.
- Should the participant fail to start, complete, or return the products in the same condition in which they received them, they will be responsible for reimbursing the cost of the full value of the replacement product to Mum Central within 7 days in order to enable a replacement reviewer to receive a replacement product to take your place. This is non-negotiable.
- The sponsor and Mum Central reserve the right to use the reviewer’s name, image and/or text for promotional purposes for an unlimited time period without remuneration.
- Mum Central’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Mum Central accepts no responsibility for changes in project dates, times or values of product components, for any incomplete, late, lost or misdirected applications or for any inability for any reviewer to access, view or load the website.
- In the event that Mum Central postpones or varies the project or any elements of a product/sample, it (and any party associated with the project) will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage of any kind (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or loss or damage caused by Mum Central’s or other party’s negligence) arising out of, or in connection with, the postponement or variation of the project or a prize, nor will the Promoter or other party be liable for any loss, damage, payment or expense of any kind (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage caused by the Promoter’s or other party’s negligence) or personal injury or other damage suffered or sustained as a result of entering, judging, running, cancellation or acceptance, enjoyment or use of the project or a prize or any aspect of or access to the Website.
- While the Promoter takes care to ensure all information relating to the project is correct, it does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of all information provided and will not be liable for any inaccuracy, omission or error. Reviewers should make their own enquiries to verify all information provided.
- The Promoter reserves the right in its discretion, subject to any approval or directions from regulatory bodies, at any time during the Project period to vary, withdraw, postpone or cancel the Project or any sample, including where in the Promoter’s opinion, does not satisfy the entry requirements or it cannot conduct the review or grant a sample for any other reason beyond its control.
