The footy finals have officially started with the countdown to the grand final just weeks away. This is one of our favourite weekends and not just because it’s a public holiday the next day.
Watching the finals with friends and family is an annual tradition with plenty of food, bevvies and face paint. This year, surprise the cheer squad with Footy Feud!®, the family-friendly AFL card game for every footy fan. It’s fast-paced, easy to learn and a touch more kid-friendly than beer pong.
And best of all, you can WIN your very own Footy Feud! Prize Pack right here, delivered to your door just in time for the Big Dance.
Whether you’re cheering for the Cats, the Bulldogs, or reckon the Swans have it this year, this games’ bundle will bring the competitive spirit to your table and is the perfect pre-game starter.
We have 12 Footy Feud! Prize Packs up for grabs featuring all three AFL card games:
- Footy Feud! Rookie
- Footy Feud!
- Footy Feud! Finals
Play On!
Footy Feud!® is a straightforward yet strategic AFL card game, designed by an Aussie AFL-loving local and suitable for ages 4 to 104. Play with 2 to 6 players or up to 12 players if playing with 2 people per team.
There are three different versions of the game designed for various age groups so you can easily find a game that caters to your kids’ ages.
Heaps of fun for the whole family
For the smallest footy fans there’s Footy Feud! Rookie, targeted towards 4-6 year olds. The original Footy Feud! is suitable for kids 7+ while the Footy Feud! Finals is perfect for the older crew, aged 10+. It’s the most strategic of the three with more cards to play too.
Three games in one
The good news for families with kids of different ages is that the Footy Feud! Bundle includes all three versions for under $50. Have a game with your little rookies before moving into the main event with the older crew. Of course, little ones can still play the older games but they may need to be on your team.
It can be hard to find family games that everyone will enjoy, especially those eye-rolling tweens and teens. While they may not venture out of their rooms for much other than snacks, footy has this magical way of bringing everyone out of their rooms, off their devices and together for a few hours.
All three games also make a great gift for any footy fan in your house and a smart stocking stuffer idea too (if you’re sorting out Christmas gifts already).
Knowledge of knock-ons not required
Of course, even if you don’t know the difference between AFL and NRL (both are footy, right??) or prefer watching Gilmore Girls over the Granny, you’ll still enjoy playing this game, especially if you have kids who love the sport.
Officially AFL licensed
Every card game features all 18 AFL clubs so it’s ideal for every footy fan, regardless of who they back. The gameplay is relatively simple too. Get the highest score after four quarters by playing the high scorecards. Players score the same way that footy teams score (Goals, Behinds, Points).
This 30-second video below shows you how it’s done.
How to play Footy Feud!
For the love of footy and family games
The game may look a bit complicated but it’s not (it’s easier than Uno, we promise!) Plus, every game is different with BIG twists and strong replayability too. Like any real Australian football game, the scores vary between games so you never know who will take the Flag.
Quick fun
Each game takes about 15 minutes to play, so it’s a great game opener or break during half time. Play once or play several times and keep score after every round. And, of course, don’t forget to have a Cup and a Wooden Spoon on hand, ready to hand out after the matches.
Kicking goals in classrooms too
One final thing we love about Footy Feud! is that it’s also educational … just don’t tell the kids! It’s endorsed by teachers and used in hundreds of Australian classrooms to develop maths skills. It’s a great way to encourage your kids to develop counting skills up to 100 as well as their 6 times tables.
Get “Behind” it
