Infant Massage for dads and male carers is coming free to the North at The Platform
Massage for babies has been shown to reduce crying times, improve sleep and reduce levels of stress hormones in babies.
Working with a male facilitator, their Infant Massage Instructor will demonstrate techniques that suit you and your little one. Duration of course will be 2 daytime hours per week over a 5 week program. What a great opportunity to practice creating special time with your baby and strengthening your connection.
Mums are always welcome on site.
When:
The group start on 15 February 2014 for five weeks. Next class on 22 Feb and 1, 8 and 15 March (Saturdays). From 10am to 12pm.
Where:
The Platform Youth Site, 73 Elizabeth Way, Elizabeth (next to skate park)
