Rudolph Reindeer Ice Cream Cones

If you’re chasing a festive dessert that doesn’t involve turning on the oven, these Christmas ice cream cones are about to become your new best friend. Cute, creamy and ridiculously easy, they come together straight from the freezer with minimal prep and maximum Christmas fun. Perfect for hot Aussie days, kids’ parties or a quick holiday treat, these no bake cones deliver instant smiles with zero stress.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Ice Cream Cones
  • 50g Chocolate
  • Jaffas

Instructions

1. In a heat-proof bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth. Spoon the melted chocolate into a small zip-lock bag.

2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Snip a TINY corner off the bag and pipe antler shapes. Refrigerate until set.

3. Scoop the ice-cream into a cone, push a Jaffa nose into the side and whip a pair of chocolate antlers on top. Rudolph is certainly delicious.

4. It’s a GREAT idea to pre-scoop your ice cream. Having the balls of ice cream already scooped means minimal melting and less waiting!
