Ingredients
- Chocolate Ice Cream
- Ice Cream Cones
- 50g Chocolate
- Jaffas
Instructions
1. In a heat-proof bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth. Spoon the melted chocolate into a small zip-lock bag.

2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Snip a TINY corner off the bag and pipe antler shapes. Refrigerate until set.

3. Scoop the ice-cream into a cone, push a Jaffa nose into the side and whip a pair of chocolate antlers on top. Rudolph is certainly delicious.

4. It’s a GREAT idea to pre-scoop your ice cream. Having the balls of ice cream already scooped means minimal melting and less waiting!
These Christmas ice cream cones are proof that festive desserts don’t need to be complicated to be a hit. They’re quick to assemble, fun for kids to help with and ideal for when you need a last-minute Christmas treat that won’t melt your patience. Serve them straight away, hand them out fast and enjoy the fact that dessert was the easiest part of the day.
