With the new year around the corner, it’s time to free up your brand-new calendar from its packaging and fill in all the important dates for the coming year! I think not. Here’s a compiled list of 2023 public holidays and school term dates to make the task easier!
We’ve done the hard work for you and grouped all the school term dates and public holidays by state so all you need to do is find your state, grab a pen and start filling in the dates so you never forget an important date again!Â
A couple of things to remember this year.
- New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday, so we get a double whammy public holiday over the Sunday AND the Monday – excellent for party revellers to rest their heads.
- This is the first year following the Queen’s passing, so what was formerly the Queen’s birthday public holiday, is now the King’s birthday public holiday.
