Love it or hate it, Autocorrect is both a nuisance and a necessity in our texting-based society. To celebrate Laura Seggie’s 21st birthday, her family wanted to do something special and make a custom cake.
When her mother texted her request for the special order to the local baker, in steps autocorrect to change what should have been ‘wee blonde girl’ to ‘wee blind girl’.
Well you can imagine what followed.
Moira followed up on the request, assuming that Ms. Seggie indeed meant blind. She crafted an adorable cake topper of a blind girl (who unfortunately happens to be brunette).
My mum ordered a cake for my sisters bd n asked for a blond girl on top but it autocorrected to blind n we got this pic.twitter.com/SeAoETigfw
