Banana, Mango & Chia Pudding Recipe with a Twist!

Here is what you’ll need:

  • 2 bottles of Yakult LIGHT
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds

Here is what you’ll do:

  • Place the banana, mango, coconut milk, honey & Yakult LIGHT into a blender. Blitz until smooth
  • Add chia seeds, and use a whisk or spoon to mix thoroughly until seeds are evenly throughout
  • Pour mixture into serving cups/bowls, and place in the fridge for 8 hours (or overnight)
  • Top with sliced banana, mango, and a light sprinkle of chia seeds
  • Serve & enjoy!
