Breastfeeding triplets – not something you see every day. But you can certainly try!
Tiktokker Elle Plus Four not only tried but is succeeding at breastfeeding her three adorable infants. And she’s got the TikTok video and fridge full of expressed milk to prove it!
Elle made headlines this week after sharing a tribute to her triplets’ “nurserversary” – six months of successful breastfeeding! Kudos!
Three babies, two breasts, one mum. It can be done!Â
Breastfeeding one baby is tricky enough but Elle is proving that it is possible to breastfeed three babies at once, even if they spend weeks in the NICU.
She shared her video (below) with several pics of her breastfeeding journey so far and several negative comments she’s received about being able to successfully breastfeed her children.

Some of the negative comments include:
- “Being good bottle feeders will get them out of the nicu faster, I would just stick to that.”
- “Your hands are going to be way too full to pump.”
- “Can they really learn to latch after being on a feeding tube for so long?”
- “Is it really possible to make enough for all three?”
- “I thought nicu babies only took bottles?”
- “Preemies don’t usually breastfeed.”
- “You’re never going to sleep again.”
- “They’re going to want you all the time.”
Elle captured the video with, “Feeding isn’t a one-lane road. The message is never doubt a determined mother. Just let us feed our babies.”
She later added, “My babies take bottles as needed, formula as needed, tubes as needed, etc. This has nothing to do with how I feed them and everything to do with determination and support. We’re all just out here trying to kill it as mamas”.
Mum breastfeeding triplets goes viral
Since sharing the TikTok video, she’s received thousands of comments and close to 200,000 likes with people applauding her efforts. And check out her fridge full of milk!
