“There’s a lot of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty in the world at the moment. You’re probably stuck at home so I wanted to give everybody full access for free to my fitness app over the next six weeks,” Chris said in a video shared on the page.

Get your (Hems)worth of workouts
Plenty of the Centr workouts feature Chris leading you through the routines, which, I’m not going to lie, are hardcore. There’s jump squats, and mountain climbers and ice skaters and planks, which are all designed to slowly kill you. Okay, not really, but they bloody hurt.
But, hey, if Chris is willing to show us his tools for free, then we might as well give it a go, right? I mean, it’s the least we can do.
