Perth mum Carolina Mccauley is a home hack QUEEN. With a huge 1.4 million people following her TikTok account, we’re not at all surprised this no-iron wrinkle remover hack went viral. Turns out there’s a LOT of us who hate dragging the iron out. Surprised? We aren’t either!
A no-iron wrinkle remover? Say WHAT?
I know, I know. I hear you collectively gasp and ask yourselves what is this sorcery? Eliminating wrinkles without an iron? HOW? And no, no one is using a hair straightener, so please, step away from the GHD.
Instead of using heat, Carolina has discovered a spray that releases wrinkles from your clothes and she’s shared it with us all. Honestly, this is the kind of science I need.
Here’s what you need to do (spoiler alert: NO IRON)
1. Take a small (clean) spray bottle and add half a cup of water.
2. Add a ¼ teaspoon of hair conditioner and 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to the bottle.
3. Pop the lid back on and shake the bottle to combine. Take your wrinkled t-shirt and give it a light spray with the spray.
4. Smooth the fabric out with clean, dry hands. Stand back and marvel at your newfound ironing hack wizardry. #SMUG
5. Place the t-shirt on a coat hanger and leave it to air dry.
