What are the defects?
The product may come apart at the join and release the internal small plastic or metal balls.
The item may not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age (Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO 8124.1:2003, as amended by the regulation).
What are the hazards?
The small plastic or metal balls may pose an ingestion or choking hazard to young children.
