In a warning to us all about dogs and children, reality star Kim Zolciak has shared details of her son’s horrific attack by a dog that has seen him hospitalised.
Kim Zolciak revealed on Instagram on Sunday, April 23, that her son Kash underwent emergency surgery after he was bitten by a dog over the weekend.

- ‘Kash was in the operating room for a couple hours and now we are praying for a quick speedy recovery,’ she shared on Instagram (via Daily Mail)
The four-year-old child was rushed to the hospital where he was operated on. His mother said in a long note posted to Instagram that he had ‘traumatic injuries.’
The child is still in the hospital and Zolciak, who is a star on The Real Housewives Of Atlanta and spin-off show Don’t Be Tardy, shared a post-op photo where he appeared to have a bandage on his face.
Zolciak told her 2.4 million Instagram followers that Kash was in the operating room for several hours.
“Now we are praying for a quick speedy recovery. Due to this I will not be on WWHL tonight but will do my best to make it up very soon!” she continued, referencing her scheduled appearance on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. “Thank you for all your prayers and most importantly Thank you God for your protection A very special Thank you to my incredible medical team! A few days in the hospital and we will be back home.”
Kim’s six children include Brielle, aged 20, Arianna, 15, Kroy Jr, aged five, Kash, aged four, and twins Kaia and Kane, aged three. Â She has been married to husband Kroy since 2011.
It has not been confirmed if the dog was a family pet or an animal from outside the family home. We hope that Cash experiences a speedy recovery.
