Just Scoop and Stuff These Babies!
When stuffing Qukes ® baby cucumbers, you do have to scoop out a good portion of the seeded flesh. But don’t throw it away! You can keep it in the fridge for throwing in your smoothie blends later on. Nothing has to go to waste with these guys, you can even freeze the flesh in ice cubes for future smoothies.
HOT TIP: You can scoop the flesh out of Qukes® really easily by using 1/4 teaspoon measuring spoon – it’s just the right size to run down the length of these baby cucumbers!
