I’m not sure how you roast your potatoes but this mum’s method seems to deliver the most incredibly crunchy yet fluffy roast potatoes! All crispy on the outside and melty on the inside … I’ve not tried this method but watching her step by step video, I certainly will be now! How do you do yours?
