Attention Melbourne mums! Costco is opening its doors to all non-member mamas for a Christmas shopping extravaganza of epic proportions.
What does this mean exactly?
It means you can now buy ALL THE COSTCO things without paying the mandatory $55 membership fee.
That’s right – even if you are a non-Costco member, you can get a glimpse inside the wholesale warehouse and bag yourself a boat load of bargains, just in time for Christmas. This is an awesome way for Melbourne mamas to stock up on pretty much everything, from food to gifts and a gazillion other things you probably didn’t even know you needed.
Save the date: The event is from 10am to 8.30 pm 28 November, 2017 at all Costco stores in Melbourne (Harbour Town, Ringwood and Moorabbin).
To Costco, to Costco, to buy out the entire store
Costco released their official invite earlier this week:
“Have you ever wanted to shop at Costco but never had the opportunity? For one day — November 28 — Costco Melbourne will run an event where Melbourne mums will be able to take the opportunity to get a first-hand look at what we have to offer, without having to pay the membership fee.”
No fee AND a free hamper!
But it gets better! Because, if you do decide that one day wandering the aisles of Costco just isn’t enough and want to sign up for a membership, Costco will give you a hamper of goodies, worth $100.
So whether you’re eyeing that mammoth sized plush teddy or a 10kg block of chocolate, it’s all yours. And without having to flash a fancy membership card on the way in. The free entry offer is only valid at Costco Melbourne, but we’ll let you know if it expands to other local Costco stores.
Costco Wholesale opened its first Australian warehouse back in 2009 and continues to expand every year. There are currently nine stores scattered around Australia with three more stores (and an online store) opening soon!
