This sadly is likely to be my last christmas as I am terminal with cancer, the reality I face being 25. I am trying so hard to make this Christmas special, it is my first time hosting the family and I want it to be memorable for me and them, but money is tight (either pay my mortgage or lose my house tight). I really was hoping to have lights and decorations, but I can’t afford any.. I don’t even have a tree. I just want to add some christmas cheer and festivity. All year I have looked forward to this day and just keep crying because I can’t afford the basics. Some fun, festive, perhaps even funky boxer shorts for our annual ‘Boxing Day’ BBQ with close friends. It’s become a tradition that we men dress in boxer shorts for the event, and our ladies vote on who’s got the best pair on. The Winner gets the BOXING DAY trophy and all it’s glory lol, small things I guess, but we find it fun & a good way to incorporate and use up lots of the Christmas Day left overs.

I would buy a bbq so my family could spend our evenings together outside enjoying the beautiful weather and creating masterpieces to eat

With 6 kids I spent enough on them at kmart. Time for a mummy makeover to start the year a lot fresher.
We like to eat outside, but with special times like Christmas, I want something nicer than paper plates. I’d buy two nice picnic sets so the kids can run around and I don’t have to worry about plates being dropped (or trodden on).

As a single Mum of 3 some outdoors activities would be a blessing to keep my 3 with me and off technology.
With a long, hot summer ahead, some water jugs, plastic cups and water bottles are sorely needed to keep 4 active children hydrated.

The obvious thing at this time of year is TOYS, toys and more toys. K-mart has a great variety and im sure my daughter and Santa would have no problem spending $100 or more…..

With a family of 7 kids, every little bit helps. We would most likely put the money towards new beachwear so we can enjoy some fabulous free family fun down at the local beach this summer.

With my Kmart voucher I would love to buy some new bras and knickers so I can put away my maternity gear (2yrs overdue!). Unfortunately my breast and booty size hasn’t decreased since giving birth, so my pre-pregnancy items no longer fit… With four constantly growing boys to outfit, shopping for myself has been last on the agenda!
