These balls are free from nuts, yet loaded with nutrient dense ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup medjool dates, remove pip
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon carob
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • Coconut flakes for garnish.

Directions

  1. Process together in a food processor until the mixture comes together.
  2. Roll into small balls.
  3. Toss in coconut flakes

Tips & Additional Information

You can double or triple the mixture to make these in bulk.
Instead of rolling the mixture into balls, simply push it down on in a lined try, freeze then slice into “bars”.
They will keep for several weeks stored in an air tight container in the fridge.
Add other super foods or whole foods to these balls. (goji berries, nuts, seeds..)
