The Easiest Nutella Biscuits Ever

This recipe has FOUR INGREDIENTS and one of them is NUTELLA.

It may well be the easiest biscuit recipe you’ll ever come across. In fact, it’s so easy it’s probably a great recipe to try with the kids. They take about 15 minutes to make, including baking time. Not even kidding. And the taste? I ate two straight off the cooling rack and they were sensational. Soft and warm and a little bit fudgey.

Easy. Chocolatey. Rich. Fudgey. Easy. And that’s all we have to say.

You will need:

  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • a handful of dark choc bits

Preheat oven to 175C.

Mix everything in a large bowl until the dough comes together. This will take about 3 minutes with a wooden spoon.

Line a biscuit tray with baking paper.

Make dough balls and flatten a little in your hand so that they look like a little – but thick – pattie [about 4cm in diameter]. Place on the biscuit tray with enough room to spread [which they will!].

Cook for about 10 minutes.

Biscuits should be just about set but will still be slightly soft to touch in the middle. Cool them on racks – if they last that long!

Tan x
