THIS RECIPE LOOKS SO DELICIOUS. ANYTHING WITH FRUCHOCS IS A WINNER! I WAS JUST WONDERING WHICH BRAND OF GLUTEN FREE FLOUR YOU USED (AS I KNOW THERE’S SO MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS/TYPES AND THEY ALL HAVE SUCH DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS FROM EACH OTHER) OR IF YOU MADE YOUR OWN BLEND (IF SO, WOULD YOU MIND LISTING THE INGREDIENTS/RATIOS OF DIFFERENT FLOURS/STARCHES YOU USED please?)
