This TWO Ingredient Dough Makes Pizza, Pretzels, Garlic Twists, Bagels and More!

You read that right, a measly TWO ingredients is all you need for this easy dough. And chances are you have them in the kitchen already!

What are these magic ingredients, I hear you ask? Simple. Self-raising flour and Greek yoghurt.

Want to have a crack at the quick mix dough that uses 1 3/4 cup self raising flour and 1 cup Greek yoghurt? Here’s four ways to use it!

1. Two Ingredient Dough Pizza

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups self raising flour, plus extra for dusting
1 cup Greek yoghurt
½ cup pizza sauce
1 cup of grated cheese
Sliced pepperoni

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.. In a bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt. Mix together to form a ball of dough.
2. Tip the ball out onto a floured surface. Flatten the ball into a 30cm round dough base.
3. Transfer the dough base to a baking tray. Spread with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve.

2. Two Ingredient Dough Bagels

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cups self raising flour
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 egg, whisked
Seasoning / sesame or poppy seeds

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.. In a bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt. Mix together to form a ball of dough.
2. Tip the dough ball onto a lightly floured work surface. Use your hands to begin flattening and shaping the dough into a 20 cm (or thereabouts) round.
3. Cut the dough into four equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 20cm long sausage shape. Shape it into a ring and place it on a baking tray lined tray.
4. Brush the tops of the dough rings with the whisked egg. Sprinkle with seasoning or seeds to your taste. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden. Serve.

3. Two Ingredient Dough Pretzels

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup self raising flour
1 cup Greek yoghurt
1 egg, whisked
Sea salt flakes

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.. In a bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt. Mix together to form a ball of dough.
2. Tip the dough ball onto a lightly floured work surface. Use your hands to begin flattening and shaping the dough into a 20 cm (or thereabouts) round.
3. Cut the round into eight equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 35cm long sausage shape. Transfer the dough sausages to a baking paper lined tray and shape into pretzel knots (this may take a couple of attempts, you’re only human).
4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pretzels are a deep golden brown.

4. Two Ingredient Dough Garlic Knots

Ingredients:
1 ¾ cup self raising flour
1 cup Greek yoghurt
¼ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.. In a bowl, combine the flour and yoghurt. Mix together to form a ball of dough.
2. Tip the dough ball onto a lightly floured work surface. Use your hands to begin flattening and shaping the dough into a 20 cm (or thereabouts) round.
3. Cut the round into eight equal pieces. Roll each piece into a 30cm long sausage shape. Transfer the dough sausages to a baking paper lined tray and shape into knots.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, and salt. Brush on to the tops of each dough knot. Bake for 20 minutes or until each knot has started to turn golden brown.
