Photographer Jonathan Diaz is making dreams come to life – literally. His ‘Anything Can Be’ photo project provides children with cancer the chance to see their dreams as reality through custom photoshoots.
According to the project’s website, the mission is, “To create lasting hope and awareness in the fight against paediatric cancer by taking the dreams of pediatric cancer patients and bringing them to life through the power of photography and art.”
Not only has Diaz created magical works of art that inspire, but he has also released a children’s book (True heroes) that includes 21 images of pediatric patients living their dreams in photos.
Diaz tells BuzzFeed, “I started the Anything Can Be project because I wanted to use my photography talent for something good. I wanted to tell stories that mattered that could inspire and help other people.”
If you’re inspired by these amazing artworks, you can help paediatric cancer patients to live out their dreams too! The ‘Anything Can Be’ project accepts donations for the children that they serve via their website.
