It’s official. Not only was Kylie Jenner pregnant ALL ALONG, she’s actually given birth – to a baby girl!
The most miraculous part? Apart from the ‘miracle of life’ and all that jazz? She managed to keep both her baby bump AND baby birth under wraps.
How very unKardashian of the new mama!
Taking to Instagram, Ky Ky confirmed to her followers that she had indeed been with child and that she and rapper boyfriend Travis Scott had welcomed a baby girl on 1 February, 2018. She arrived at 4.43pm and weighed a healthy 8lbs 9oz.
In the post, Kylie apologises to her fans for ‘keeping them in the dark’, but shared that pregnancy was a journey that she ‘chose not to do in front of the world.’
“I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress-free and healthy way I knew how, there was no gotcha moment, no big paid reveal I had planned. I knew my baby would fel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness,” Kylie told her fans.
“I’ve never felt love and happiness like this I could burst! Thank you for understanding.”
Cue fan meltdown!
Rumours had swirled since September last year that Kylie was expecting but in an uncharacteristic move, the notoriously open family had kept quiet, despite pressure from everywhere to confirm the news.
Kylie has taken a break from social media in recent months, posting only about her makeup line, something that only fuelled rumours of a brand new member of the Jenner-Kardashian clan.
While she may not have shared publicly over the last nine months, it seems she’s been keeping plenty of private snap. She shared some in a video posted to YouTube that detailed the nine months of her pregnancy , concluding with the arrival of baby girl Jenner-Scott. We even get a teensy glimpse of the brand new bundle of joy at the very end, but no word yet on the baby’s name or any pictures that show her face.
Now the wait is on for big sister Khloe, who is said to be due around March/April 2018.
