What you need

  • Qukes® baby cucumbers
  • Red cherry tomatoes

What to do

  1. Using a melon baller, press a round circle seat in each Qukes®. Use a small knife to remove the piece.
  2. Slice a couple of extra Qukes® into rounds for race car wheels – don’t slice them too thin or they won’t hold up. Slice cherry tomatoes in half too.
  3. Tyre centre! Stick the wheel slices to the Qukes® race cars with cream cheese. YUM!
  4. Safety first – HELMETS! Using a tiny piping bag or toothpick, create eyes with cream cheese and black sesame seeds on the cherry tomatoes. Fiddly, but worth it.
  5. Place the cherry tomato drivers in their Qukes® cars and get ready TO RACE!
