The Lice Angel’s, a professional lice removing company in Texas, shared the video on their TikTok account, explaining that the superbugs had been in the girl’s hair for three years.
The little girl was undergoing professional treatment with The Lice Angels to remove the MILLIONS of bugs and restore her scalp and hair.
The experts describe the head lice infestation as “level 10” and we’re afraid to think what a level 11 would look like! I mean, look at those bugs.

While the video focuses on the first treatment, The Lice Angels claim it will take five treatments in total to kill the lice.
