8 (more) reasons to stay in Paradise

In case you’re still not sure, these eight reasons may help you decide if Paradise Resort is the right destination for your dream holiday.

1. It all starts in the lobby

Yep. Even the lobby is awesome. Step inside and you’ll be greeted with the massive Dusty’s Jungle Gym! The kids can go bananas and you can check in without them tugging on your shirt and annoying you. It will be the best check-in experience of your life.

2. Zone 4 Kids’ Club

Zone 4 fun for kids = guilt-free adult time for us! Paradise Resort Kids’ Club is a whole new level of kids’ club. Honestly, this place is amazeballs and caters for kids aged 0-12. So, even us mums with babies can do the kids’ club drop and make a mad dash to the pool.

It’s got nine themed play spaces divided across age groups. Yes. NINE. There’s a Space Room, Captain’s Underwater World, Leonardo’s Painting Room, Egyptian Room, Astro’s Space Station, Dusty’s Safari, Krazy 4 Kraft, Magic Garden, and Junior Adventure Park.

3. Zone 4 Adults’ Club

Okay, ready for my FAVOURITE thing about Paradise Resort? They have an adults’ only area! It’s like a kids’ club, but for grown-ups. The area has an outdoor spa plus plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas and features things like cocktail-making classes, wine and cheese tastings, cooking demos and even karaoke. Let the fun child-free times begin.

Most accommodation packages include a complimentary kids’ club session each day so you have plenty of chill in the adults-only area. Relax, read and indulge in an adult conversation that doesn’t end with: “No mummy can’t wipe your bum right now, she’s trying to have a chat.” Winning!

4. Activities in abundance

In addition to the kids’ club activities, Paradise Resort has heaps of things for kids and families to do around the resort.

They have slime making and cupcake decorating workshops, plaster art, sand art, magic shows, fancy dress parades, a rock climbing wall and loads of movie nights.

And, best of all, no slime, glitter, plaster or sand to clean up afterwards.

5. Lots of accommodation options

The resort has 360 rooms, all with balconies, and can cater for families with up to six children.

The Bunkhouse rooms have brightly painted bunk beds, and interconnecting rooms are available. Plus, these rooms also feature an Xbox with free DVD and game hire. Hello, chill-out time! Heck, you may even be able to take an afternoon nap while they battle it out on Xbox.

6. Unreal facilities

The Gold Coast has plenty of theme parks, golden beaches and tourist attractions but if you stay at Paradise Resort you will never have any trouble getting the kids to pack up and go back to the hotel. In fact, you’re going to want to plan a few days just hanging at Paradise Resort so you can enjoy all the fun facilities and keep everyone happy. This place really is awesome fun.

Kids LOVE getting wet, and central to this resort is a giant water playground, with a lagoon pool, heated spa, and two large Aqua Play attractions. The main water park is three stories high and has several slides, water cannons and climbing frames, as well as a giant bucket that fills with 600 litres of water before emptying over guests in an enormous splash.

Paradise Resort has an adorable ‘50s-style diner The Bistro for casual and relaxed family dining. And they serve all your kids’ favourites too, like “I don’t know”, “I’m not hungry” and “I just want to go and play”.

For kids who don’t want to get out of the water for more than a few minutes, The Poolside Café & Bar is also a great option for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can kickstart your day with a fresh juice or smoothie from the Poolside Juice Bar, and a barbecue night is held by the pool every Wednesday.

Oh, and they do the best pizzas!!

Did we mention that with the Paradise Resort deals, kids actually eat free? You will save a fortune staying here, that’s for sure.
