If you live in Adelaide and have been caught up in the Maxi Cosi Recall of the A2 Euro Car Seat, and think you have a car seat that may be affected, read on.

Red Cross Baby Seats on Henley Beach Road at Torrensville have today been authorised by Dorel Australia to assist their customers by:-

1.       Inspecting customers seats for known faults identified in the recall,

2.       Ordering and changing over new seat covers where necessary and,

3.       Providing a free professional fitting service for all restraints that may be affected by the recall as part of the inspection process – irrespective of whether a fault is found with their product.

Customers who wish to have their seats inspected must first call Red Cross Baby Seats on (08) 8443 9700 to book an appointment. We expect the process will take no more than 15-20 minutes.  

Red Cross Baby Seats is open Monday-Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Please note this service will only be available to those customers who are able to attend our site at 125 Henley Beach Rd. Mile End.

This DOES NOT apply to those with the A4 car seat which has not yet passed Australian Certification. Please return to your place of purchase for a full refund.
