Baked Fetta Pasta, a TikTok Winner Dinner!

A viral TikTok pasta recipe containing just a handful of simple, easy to find ingredients has us all reaching for an oven dish and screaming YUM. Come and see how you can be a TikTok whizz in the kitchen!

If you’re a regular on TikTok you likely would have seen this recipe pop up in your For You feed. It’s SO very easy to make (just bake it!) and just look at that beautiful roasted garlic and cheesy baked fetta cheese sauce – drool-worthy. Pass the crusty bread, please!

Gigi nailed spicy vodka pasta last week, but this week the gong goes to my favourite food-tocker, Cooking With Ayeh who promptly nails it.

Step 3: Add the block of fetta cheese, drizzle it with olive oil and season.

Step 5: Carefully squeeze out the hot garlic from their skins and lay them on top of the fetta cheese. Using a fork, carefully fork mash the tomatoes, fetta cheese and garlic and stir together to make a creamy sauce.

Step 6: Add the cooked and drained pasta to the baking dish, along with a handful of fresh basil leaves. Stir through and serve.

Let us know if you give it a go, we’d love to hear. NOTE:  I suggest holding back on seasoning with salt because fetta cheese is a salty cheese. Cook with caution and taste the baked fetta pasta once done and add salt if you need!
