Sound the Octo-Alert! Octonauts are Swimming into Sydney’s SEA LIFE

Sharks, penguins, dugongs and Captain Barnacles, all under one undersea roof! Yep, you can now see the Octonauts FREE at the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium cafe.

If your little one is a big Octonauts fan, then now’s the time to head to Darling Harbour for an action-packed mission.

These free live shows run for 30 minutes from 10.00am and 12.00pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout March. You will need to book in advance. 

Simply head to the aquarium cafe to take in the interactive ‘Captain Barnacles and the Octopod Rescue’.

Meet Captain Barnacles

For families who have purchased tickets to SEA LIFE, you will also have a chance to meet Captain Barnacles in the fur inside the Great Barrier Reef-inspired Day and Night on the Reef zone.

There is also a fun mission inside the aquarium for all Octo-cadets. Young fans will be called upon to explore, rescue and protect the ocean and lead the Octonauts on a mission around the aquarium, completing activities and tasks to help save Captain Barnacles.

  • Cost of live shows: Free
  • Cost of meet and greets: Meet and greets will take place 11am to 11:30am on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays and will be included in the cost of general admission. Prices start from $38.50 on weekdays and $48 on weekends.
